After a couple of weeks break it was up to St Andrews this week for the Dunhill Championship that is played across 3 courses, those being the Old Course, Kingsbarns and Carnoustie.

St Andrews is always a special place to be, although when the weather is poor, as it was on Tuesday some of the sparkle is taken away. It poured down on the Tuesday practice day which meant very little action took place on the putting green. Simon Wakefield however needed a heavier swingweighted Donna for this week, so we obliged making one up for him at E9 swingweight. While also Graeme Storm  needed his Dawn's lie angle tweeking so it sat better for him.

I also met up with Richie Ramsey to do some work with him on his putting.Richie is a very hard working student and been gridning hard on his putting recently. Most of the work this week however will be on the mental aspect of the game, and working on a better mindset with a view to making more putts outside of 10 foot.

Ollie Fisher is also playing this week so we spent a little time together. Ollie is happy with his form on the greens and his confidence in his long game is turning around now also. I am looing for Ollie to turn his season around over the closing events of the season. If anybody deserves it for the shear hard work he put in, then Ollie does.
