Malmo was the destination his week for the Scandanavian Masters. A slightly weaker field than is traditional for this event, possibly due to the fact that it's being held the week after the Open and also the prize fund is smaller than of recent years.
The 'Dawn' is proving to be popular still. Taco Remkes and Oscar Henningson both tested the new model this week. Michael Lundberg picked up a new 'Donna' this week. He used the model when he won in Russia last year but in recent weeks had been using another manufacturer's putter.
I made up a Tracy FC for David Horsey, as through the work we have been doing together, we've seen how a face balanced putter is better suited, as his stroke has improved. Previously David has used a callie which is a toe heavy design.
Henrik Stenson was also playing this week. So I spent some time with Henrik, as well as Ollie Fisher who was also in the field.
Next week I will beat the Ladies British open, which will make a nice change. The tournament is being held at Royal Lytham and St Anne's Golf Club, which isn't far from home, another bonus!
