The Dubai Desert Classic sees the start of my 2008 season in my role as putting consultant for Yes! Golf.
The tournament held at the Emirates Golf Club will see many of the worlds leading players compete including Tiger Woods.
My presence at the event will be to support the players with regards to their equipment and instruction. Yes! Golf have developed a significant presence on tour in recent years as the players appreciate the benefits of its C-Groove Technology.
This was demonstrated at the recent Johannesburg Open in South Africa in January when Yes! Golf had 38 putters in play.
In Dubai I will have 6 prototype models with me to introduce to the players in order to get some valuable feedback. Ill also have the standard equipment I take for fitting and analysis, which include video analysis software and the SAM Puttlab.
Hopefully the weather will be better than Orlando, where i have just come back from after attending the PGA Merchandising Show. Luckily the show was indoors!
